它的输出格式也多种多样，activepresenter 免费版支持导出为图像和视频文件而没有任何限制，包括导出为 mp4、avi、wmv、webm、mkv 等视频格式时不会添加水印，这一点还是很良心的，比之前介绍过的 techsmith camtasia 和 apowersoft 视频编辑王要厚道多了。
activepresenter 标准版或 activepresenter 专业版还能无水印导出为 pdf 文档、word 文档、excel 表格、powerpoint 幻灯片 或 html5 播放器，当然免费版也是可以导出这些格式的，只是会添加水印。

制作与使用说明
已经做成绿色免安装版，2020/7/25 更新版本为 activepresenter v8.1.1。
下载解压后直接运行 activepresenter.exe 即可打开软件，默认即显示简体中文界面，注意 activepresenter 8 仅有64位版本。
如果需要关联 activepresenter 的工程文件 *.approj 格式，请运行 [activepresenterportable].exe 完成设置。
要删除本绿色版，再次运行 [activepresenterportable].exe 选择「删除」操作，会彻底清理所有相关配置与数据。
绿色版版本更新
如果你正在使用 portablesoft 制作、发布的 activepresenter 绿色版，请按以下步骤更新绿色版：
- 下载最新 activepresenter 绿色版压缩包，解压到一个临时文件夹；
- 彻底关闭所有正在运行的 activepresenter 进程；
- 将软件目录清空，即删除所有旧文件和文件夹，你自己创建或保存的文件除外；
- 将新下载的绿色版的文件全部对应复制到原软件目录，即可完成绿色版升级。
升级到 activepresenter 标准版或专业版
activepresenter 分为免费版、标准版和专业版。
activepresenter 免费版已经提供了足够多的录制与视频编辑功能，即使与同类的收费软件相比一点也不逊色，特别是在导出项目为图片和视频文件时无任何限制，包括导出为 mp4、avi、wmv、webm、mkv 视频时无水印、也无时间限制。
正常情况下，activepresenter 免费版足以满足日常使用；只是在导出为其他格式或使用一些高级功能时才会添加水印，包括导出 html 幻灯片、pdf、word、excel、powerpoint 等格式。
升级到标准版或专业版可去除所有水印与功能限制，包括支持交互式操作、导入导出 powerpoint 幻灯片以及部分高级编辑功能等，可以到 feature comparison 页面查看详细对比。
