winpdfeditor 是一款实用的 pdf 编辑器与转换器，可以为现有 pdf 文件插入文本、图片、多种标记图形，也可以删除不需要的内容。除了 pdf 编辑处理外，它还有一个 pdf 转换模块（winpdfeditor converter），可以将 pdf 快速转换为 word、txt、swf、html 及图片格式。

对于 pdf 编辑工具，大家使用比较多的应该是 adobe acrobat 或者 foxit pdf editor，但两者都是收费软件，且 acrobat 安装又比较复杂，可以尝试下 winpdfeditor 这个相对简单些的免费 pdf 编辑器。
